CRM Application & Data Analyst (f/m/x)

Job Summary
CRM Application & Data Analyst focused on data quality, governance, and validation rules in the CRM system; responsible for cleansing, enriching, and maintaining customer and sales data, serving as the main contact for business users and IT/CRM; delivers first-level support, creates documentation and training materials, designs and configures systems to meet business needs, oversees UAT and defect resolution, and drives data migration activities including mapping, validation, and reconciliation. Based in Germany with home-office arrangement, travel up to 15%, full-time role in Mondi's Corrugated Packaging segment; requires English and German language proficiency and experience with CRM/ERP/Qlik Sense.
Required Qualifications
- Five+ years CRM/Key User/Administrator or Sales Operations experience
- Expert in Microsoft Excel, analysis tools, and ERP systems; CRM and Qlik Sense knowledge
- Strong skills in analysing, interpreting, and managing key figures
- Completed studies in business informatics, business mathematics, business administration, finance, or a similar field
- Proficiency in English and German
- Capable of working independently with a focus on achieving results
- Willing to travel up to 15%
