Job Summary
CRM and Data Visualization Manager at Unicap FZECO – remote work or relocation to Dubai. Lead CRM initiatives and data visualization efforts across Marketing and Monetization segments. Build and maintain the CRM, including data scraping and KPI visualization; provide high-level overviews of employee data; optimize processes and workflows; adapt to a fast-paced environment. Required: graduate degree in CS or statistics, 3+ years building analytics platforms and ML models, with SQL, Python, Google Analytics, Segment, Mixpanel, and Power BI expertise. Tech stack includes Python, JavaScript, HTML, CSS; databases such as PostgreSQL, MSSQL, NoSQL; frameworks like Django, Flask, FastAPI, Vue/React. English and Russian fluent; strong communication of data insights to founders and team.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a relevant field
- 3+ years of experience building analytics platforms and machine learning models
- Expertise in SQL and Python
- Experience with Google Analytics, Segment, and Mixpanel
- Power BI dashboard design and business intelligence concepts
- Strong project management and collaboration skills
- Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly to founders and team
- Fluency in English and Russian
