Job Summary
Lead the organization's business lead and subject matter expert for Tessitura CRM, coordinating the internal CRM Team and User Group to drive adoption, reporting, and business process optimization. Oversee system upgrades, enforce data entry standards with IT, and train users on list management, dashboards, and data analysis tools while maintaining accurate data governance policies. Collaborate with Audience Services, Marketing, and Development to develop segmentation strategies, analyze performance data, and create custom reports and visualizations that inform decision-making and improve constituent engagement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or the equivalent amount of training and hands-on experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the position
- 3+ years of work experience with CRM applications and /or ticketing / donor database reporting systems
- Project management experience with ability to navigate a complex environment, ambiguity and conflicting priorities
- Experience training or mentoring others to adopt applications or data systems, and in using data systems to inform business strategy
- Advanced understanding of relational databases
- High level of proficiency with SQL Server Reporting services and experience writing SQL queries and stored procedures
- High level of proficiency with M365, especially Excel
- High level of proficiency with Power BI
- High level of proficiency with Tessitura
- Familiarity with Infomaker
- Permission is required for applicants and current employees seeking to reside outside of the Twin Cities metropolitan area or more than 60 miles from Orchestra Hall
- Work in or attend meetings or other events in any of the Orchestra locations or other sites as necessary
- Lift/move objects (such as files, packages, props, or office equipment) or ensure objects are lifted/moved that may weigh up to 15 lbs
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in arts, cultural or entertainment organizations, and / or non-profit organizations
- High level of proficiency with Power BI strongly preferred
- High level of proficiency with Tessitura strongly preferred
- Familiarity with Infomaker is preferred
