Job Summary
Lead CRM initiatives across ticket sales, ticket operations, premium sales and sponsorship using Salesforce; optimize CRM systems and data quality; develop audience segmentation strategies for season ticket members and other customer groups; monitor lifecycle metrics (acquisition, retention, renewal, churn); create dashboards and reports tracking KPIs such as renewal and lead conversion; manage sales campaign tracking, lead scrubbing, distribution, and upsell opportunities; provide data-driven insights on purchasing behavior and fan engagement; support data structures, workflows, and reporting procedures; collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and campaign management for related sports properties.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field
- 3-4 years of experience with a CRM system (prefer Salesforce)
- 2+ years experience with complex databases, troubleshooting, analyzing information and data, designing queries and reports, and creating operational policies and procedures (preferred)
- Experience with Power BI as a data visualization tool
- Experience in a data warehouse environment and/or with relational databases
- Strong SQL skills for data extraction and analysis
- Strong quantitative and statistical modeling skills with the ability to translate findings to all levels of the organization
- Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills
- Excellent written and oral presentation skills
- Ability to meet deadlines without compromising accuracy
- Technology capabilities including Power BI/Tableau, Ticketmaster Archtics or similar, SQL Server/Azure
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in related field; 3+ years experience in CRM/data analytics
