Job Summary
Monitor the Fitness Rooms at CRLS and Russell Field after school while developing programs to help students achieve fitness goals. Collaborate with the CRLS Coaching Staff to design strength and conditioning programs for athletic teams. Inspect equipment daily, reporting any broken or damaged items, and manage the setup, cleanup, and disinfection of all gear. Maintain clear and accurate attendance records while working independently with high school student-athletes. This 2026-2027 contract supports the school's athletic and wellness initiatives.
Required Qualifications
