Job Summary

Provide therapeutic interventions for mental health and substance use disorders while educating individuals about treatment and recovery. Teach coping skills for symptoms and stress management, including developing crisis and relapse prevention plans with early warning sign identification. Work to create relationships with key community providers to coordinate care for Critical Time Intervention enrollees. Operate on a full-time hybrid schedule in Oneida County with Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm hours, one late shift weekly, and evening on-call responsibilities.

Required Qualifications

  • Qualified Health Professional (including but not limited to LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, etc.)
  • Minimum of one year of clinical experience in an appropriate program setting
  • Master's Degree in a related human service field
  • An equivalent combination of training and experience
  • Valid NYS Driver's License
