Critical Operations Director

Directs STACK’s Critical Operations in the data-center region, overseeing mechanical, electrical, fire life safety, base building, and other internal data center systems to maintain uptime. Leads the development and continuous improvement of the Data Center Operations Program, ensures staff training and qualifications, conducts regular team meetings and 1:1 sessions, and manages CAPEX and OPEX budgets. Responsible for vendor relationships, project execution, and procurement processes, as well as incident reporting and root cause analysis. Provides day-to-day leadership to site teams, ensuring safe operations, high availability, and an inclusive work environment. Requires expert knowledge of data center systems (UPS, transformers, PDU, RPPs, chillers, CRAH/CRAC, STS, ATS, pre-action), NFPA standards, and monitoring systems (CMMS/EPMS/BMS). Travel up to 30%.
