Critical Operations Associate

Critical Operations Associate monitors operations of building systems in a 24x7 data center, assists customers on the Data Center floor and via telephone, supports customer equipment installs, handles low/medium priority tickets, escalates alerts to senior technicians, and completes assigned tasks. Responsibilities include applying knowledge of IT, electrical and mechanical equipment, creating/updating tickets in the ticketing system, performing routine facility tours to ensure equipment operates as designed, monitoring critical/non-critical systems for safe/ compliant operation, responding to emergencies and customer requests, and adhering to policies for hazardous materials. Qualifications include a high school diploma or technical college degree or equivalent experience, 1+ years of technical or military training or equivalent work experience, and proficiency with MS Office. Preferred knowledge includes electrical/mechanical/network concepts and experience in mission-critical environments. Strong customer focus, written/verbal/interpersonal communication, teamwork, problem analysis, and the ability to follow job-related assessments and guidelines. The role involves frequent typing, standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs with assistance, and may require shift work in a 24x7 environment.
