Critical Maintenance Technician

Answer and respond to all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing-related calls from customers, contractors, and management. Address and correct issues promptly, record all maintenance tasks via the appropriate system, and resolve tickets upon completion. Inspect interior and exterior building structures to detect malfunctions, perform minor repairs on fixtures and plumbing systems, and execute preventative maintenance on building equipment. Escort contractors, complete facility rounds at the start of each shift, order parts, and maintain accurate building data including rounds and PM work orders. Manage assigned workflow tasks to provide timely turnaround while adhering to safety laws and corporate policies.
