Job Summary
Drive process and procedure implementation by developing and reviewing MOPs and SOPs for the organization. Manage all technical aspects of facility operations, including power and HVAC systems, while ensuring correct and on-time solution implementation for customer applications. Prepare technical presentations and deliver monthly reporting and metrics to support successful customer integration. Handle day-to-day facility issues to maintain 100% uptime, providing technical support and supervising team members. Requires 7+ years of facility operations experience in the data center industry, strong supervisory responsibilities, and knowledge of industry networking technologies and safety standards.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ or more years of Facility Operations and management experience in the Data center industry
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong skills in presentation and proposal design
- Strong knowledge of general industry networking technologies such as UPS, Generators, and Mechanical systems
- Ability to multi task and meet multiple deadlines
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university
- Supervisory/Managerial Responsibilities
- Must be familiar with a variety of field concepts, practices, codes standards and procedures including environmental and safety regulations and ISO 9000 quality assurance standards, ISO 14OOO environmental standards, and OHSAS 18000 health and safety standards
Desired Qualifications
- Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university preferred
- Data Center industry experience preferred
