Job Summary
Provide psychological first aid and trauma-informed supportive counselling to employees during critical incidents. Engage proactively with organizational customers onsite or virtually to facilitate discussions, training, and development. Record clinical notes while maintaining engagement with clients and managers. This role requires qualifications in Psychology, Social Work, or Counselling with current registration. Based in Australia, the position offers full access to the Workplace Wellbeing Gateway and APM's Rewards program.
Required Qualifications
- Qualifications in Psychology, Social Work or Counselling
- current registration
- Understanding of and ability to provide Psychological First Aid
- ability to provide trauma informed supportive counselling to employees
Desired Qualifications
- Desirable experience in workplace intervention strategies such as facilitated discussions, training and development, workplace behaviour coaching
