Job Summary
Operate, inspect, and perform preventive and corrective maintenance on UPS systems, power distribution units, generators, HVAC/cooling systems, fire suppression, and building management systems to ensure continuous operation and uptime in a 24x7 data center environment. Resolve service tickets, perform technical troubleshooting on electrical and mechanical systems, and support customer equipment installations while adhering to strict safety guidelines, organizational standards, and vendor workflow procedures. Requires hands-on experience with critical facilities, data centers, or industrial operations maintaining UPS, HVAC, and generator systems, along with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or technical apprenticeship. Located in Frankfurt, Germany, with 24x7 shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive experience of hands-on experience in critical facilities, data center environments, or industrial operations maintaining UPS, HVAC, and generator systems
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and building management systems
- Proven ability in diagnosing and resolving complex electrical and mechanical issues under operational procedures while managing work independently
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or completion of a technical apprenticeship program
- Ability/requirement to work 24x7 operational shifts (including nights, weekends, and holidays)
