Job Summary
Manage the team assigned to the critical environments' portfolio with maximum emphasis on operational continuity and the integrity of the client's critical functions. Lead staff development, execute succession plans, and collaborate on strategic initiatives to drive performance and meet client expectations. Set service delivery commitments, manage deliverables from initiation through completion, and ensure all resources comply with client and JLL policies. Develop innovative programs to reduce operating costs, oversee annual planning for facility infrastructure upgrades, and actively manage operational and capital expense budgets. Ensure vendor performance and compliance with local, state, and federal regulations while maintaining SLA/KPIs.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum seven years' experience leading a critical facilities management team
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of standard business and accounting practices
- Have a solid technical knowledge of critical technology environment systems
- Ability to manage a high volume of highly complex tasks in a mission critical environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong Computer proficiency in Word, Excel, Adobe and Microsoft Project
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
