Job Summary
Monitor, maintain, and perform preventive maintenance on all data center electrical and mechanical infrastructure to ensure 100% uptime. Manage work orders through CMMS and customer-facing tickets while analyzing system operations to diagnose malfunctions and execute corrective actions. Adjust refrigeration, HVAC, and cooling equipment; operate emergency backup systems including generators and switchgear; and comply with hazardous material policies and emergency escalation procedures. Navigate rooftops and ladders to access equipment across campus-like settings. Requires 3-5 years of data center experience, ability to lift 50 lbs, and working authorization in the United States.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience working in a data center/critical facility
- Experience with building systems, including: UPS systems, emergency generators, HVAC, and switchgear
- Working knowledge of computer applications including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Suite and CMMS
- Demonstrated verbal/written communication skills
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Must be able to work different schedules
- Must be able to work Holidays
- Must be able to respond to site emergencies
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

- Universal EPA 608 certification
