Job Summary
Maintenance and operation of 24x7 critical facilities equipment at a data-center environment. Responsibilities include preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance across mechanical and electrical systems such as HVAC, plumbing, generators, fire detection and suppression, life safety, building management systems, and digital components (including fire alarm, duress, card access, CCTV). Electrical responsibilities include planning, implementing, coordinating, and supervising electrical operations and energy-management programs; ensure change control approvals and execution; schedule and QA preventive and general maintenance; operate and monitor critical and non-critical systems; oversee work by contractors; manage work orders and documentation in the CMMS; respond to emergencies and customer concerns; collaborate with Facility Manager/Lead CFT to source materials; maintain alignment with engineering design and operational aspects of electrical systems; assess safety responsibilities of employees and contractors; drive process improvements and continuous improvement initiatives. A high school diploma and 3-5 years of relevant experience (or 7+ years in HVAC/mechanical/electrical) are required; electrical/mechanical certifications are preferred.
Required Qualifications

- 3-5 years experience in electrical or mechanical critical facilities support
- 7+ years experience as HVAC or mechanical/electrical technician
- Electrical/Mechanical certifications preferred
