Critical Facilities Specialist (WED-SAT 9pm-7am)

Monitor and maintain critical power, cooling, and security systems in a 24x7 data center environment to meet up-time service levels. Perform limited maintenance on HVAC equipment, take daily operational readings, and inspect buildings and grounds for unsafe conditions or malfunctions. Proactively identify issues, resolve trouble tickets, and update assigned service requests using the IMDC ticketing system. Assist with service delivery tasks and ensure all safety procedures are strictly adhered to. This role requires self-motivation, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize work with minimal supervision. Opportunities for overtime are available, and night, weekend, and holiday shifts may be required.
