Critical Facilities Specialist II (Rotating Shifts)

Job Summary
Monitor critical power, cooling, and security systems to maintain up-time service levels, while performing limited maintenance on heating and cooling equipment. Take daily operational readings of mechanical and electrical gear, inspect buildings and grounds for unsafe conditions, and proactively resolve issues before they escalate. Update all assigned service tickets in the IMDC system, including trouble tickets and customer installations of electrical and physical equipment. Ensure strict adherence to safety procedures and documented processes in this 24x7 rotating shift environment. Overtime and nights, weekends, and holidays may be required. U.S. citizenship is mandatory for customer-contracting requirements.
Required Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship
- Ability to obtain security clearance via government or other agency background check
- 0-2 years experience in a critical operations environment and/or data center experience
- Knowledge of Chiller Plant systems-Trane,York,Multi Stack, Web Control BMS, STS switches, and UPS Maintenance bypass
- Google sheets and google classroom
- Multi tasking

- Customer service mentality
- Working hours are varied and nights, weekends and holidays may be required
- Opportunities for overtime work will be available
Desired Qualifications
- 0-2 years experience in a critical operations environment and/or data center experience preferred, but not required
