Critical Facilities Project Manager

Job Summary
Lead a team of Engineers and Technicians to successfully implement Data Center projects across a given geographical area. Provide design, strategy, and execution guidance based on customer needs, while delivering quality and integrity analysis of building control performance at a system/campus level. Manage labor plans, forecasting, and fiscal responsibility for assigned projects, including monthly billing. Support the Sales team with new work RFP responses, contract changes, and long-term project planning. Mentor project teams and ensure all projects and contract execution are completed on time and within budget. This role involves periodic customer site visits and often requires travel to multiple locations in North America.
Required Qualifications
- Engineering undergraduate degree
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
- Building Automation Integration/Programming experience
- Mechanical/Electrical Systems experience
- 6+ years of industry experience
- Ability to travel often to multiple locations in North America
- Ability to work independently and unsupervised
- Knowledge of DDC Control Theory and Applications
- Experience with work execution in a live Data Center/Critical Facility building environment
