Critical Facilities Manager - Data Center

Job Summary
Lead daily operations and maintenance of a 24x7 data center, overseeing a site operations team and vendors to ensure uptime and safety. Manage mission-critical equipment across electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and life-safety systems; drive preventive and emergency maintenance; enforce safety and compliance; coordinate subcontractors; provide on-call support; develop and implement standard practices for data center operations; support change control and ERP procedures; oversee vendor onboarding and performance; conduct regular inspections and address discrepancies and trends with clients.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Critical Facilities Manager or other relevant experience
- Technically proficient in planning and scheduling
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge of construction planning, mechanical or electrical systems
- Knowledge of building automation systems
- Electrical/HVAC certification preferred
- MS Excel, MS Word, MS Project proficiency
- AutoCAD is a plus
