Job Summary

Maintain, monitor, and perform preventive maintenance on all data center electrical and mechanical infrastructure to ensure 100% uptime. Manage work orders through CMMS and vendor systems while analyzing system operations to diagnose malfunctions and execute corrective actions. Adjust refrigeration, HVAC, and backup power equipment including generators and switchgear, ensuring compliance with safety policies and emergency escalation procedures. Record readings and maintain a clean workspace while navigating site emergencies and varying schedules. This role launches a new Colorado City, TX data center, offering growth within JLL's real estate services.

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years' experience working in a data center or critical facility
  • Experience with building systems, including UPS systems, emergency generators, switchgears, HVAC, chillers, CRAC or CRAH units
  • Demonstrated verbal/written communication skills
  • Working knowledge of computer applications including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Suite and CMMS
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs
  • Must be able to work different schedules
  • Must be able to work Holidays
  • Must be able to respond to site emergencies
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

Desired Qualifications

  • Corrigo experience
  • Universal EPA 608 certification
  • Trained in NFPA70E
