Critical Environments Operator (Level 1-4)

Operate, monitor, and maintain data center mechanical, electrical, and HVAC/R systems to ensure continuous uptime and reliability; respond to building alarms prioritizing critical load protection and safety; execute preventive maintenance following SOPs/MOPs/EOPs/MMRs; use CMMS to track work orders and labor; coordinate with contractors and vendors while enforcing Lockout/Tagout and safe working practices; perform equipment and system modifications including critical switching and safe-area setup; maintain compliance with company, government, and client policies; senior levels include mentoring junior operators, leading critical switching events, and participating in capacity planning and reporting.
