Job Summary
Commission chilled water and liquid-based cooling systems on data centre projects, performing functional and integrated testing of CDUs, pumps, manifolds, valves, and thermal loops. Conduct fault-finding across mechanical, hydraulic, and controls/BMS interfaces, then prepare commissioning documentation, test reports, and handover records. Support client witnessing and early-life system operation while collaborating with project, controls, and client teams. Occasional travel to other European data centre sites is required. This role offers long-term employment within a global engineering organisation focused on high-density and liquid cooling technologies for hyperscale data centres.
Required Qualifications
- Experience as a Commissioning Engineer or Project Engineer within HVAC or critical environments
- Strong understanding of chilled water and hydronic systems
- Experience commissioning integrated mechanical systems
- Ability to work effectively with BMS, PLC, and controls specialists
- A methodical and well-organised approach to testing and documentation
- Willingness to travel within Sweden and occasionally across Europe
