Critical Care Unit RN - PRN

Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments, develop individualized plans of care, and coordinate with the healthcare team while prioritizing patient needs. Administer medications adhering to the "5 rights" and troubleshoot equipment as required. Delegate duties based on patient complexity and supervise staff providing direct care. Incorporate discharge planning, educate patients and caregivers, and evaluate the efficacy of care plans. Maintain accurate, timely documentation and provide safe, age-appropriate care within the scope of license. Requires current BLS and ACLS certifications, Kentucky licensure, and critical care experience preferred.
