Job Summary
Provide critical care nursing coverage in a Massachusetts facility, managing ventilated patients, ICP monitoring, and hemodynamic parameters. Float to PCU units as needed. Maintain BLS, ACLS, TNCC, and NIHSS certifications while adhering to strict credentialing timelines for expedited start dates. Submit required time off and verify all scheduling requests immediately upon application, as no further negotiations occur after initial acceptance. This assignment includes weekend and holiday coverage with flexible contract hours of 36 or 48 per week.
Required Qualifications
- 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months
- 24 months of Critical Care experience
- Massachusetts license
- COVID vaccination
- 2 years current Critical Care experience
- Vent
- ICP monitoring
- hemodynamic monitoring
- Ability to start ASAP
- Weekends and holidays as needed
- 2 Charge/Lead references required from within the last 2 years
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
- NIHSS (NIH Stroke Scale)
- TNCC (Trauma Nurse Core Course)

Desired Qualifications
