Critical Care Technician - Emergency Room - RMC - FT - Day

Provides for safety and basic patient care in the Emergency Department, including assisting with patient restraints, transfer techniques, falls precautions, nutrition and hydration, specimen collection, ostomy/other device care, and routine documentation. Performs phlebotomy, glucometer testing, EKGs, vital signs, nutrition monitoring, and observations/reporting to RN/physician. Supports CPR under supervision, stocks supplies, maintains unit cleanliness, and adapts to changing department needs. Requires a high school diploma or equivalency; current BLS certification; preferred CNA certification or Capital Health UAP training within 90 days. Eligible for comprehensive benefits; pay range reflects full-time equivalent role.
