Job Summary
Conduct orientation, direction, training, and coaching for ICU/PCU nursing staff while overseeing competency verification and performance evaluations. Assess service quality, lead resolution of complaints, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations. Develop unit policies and implement quality initiatives within the 14-bed ICU and 16-bed PCU. Requires current WA RN license, BLS/ACLS certification, and experience managing a stressful environment. Full-time day shift role at Trios Health in Kennewick, WA.
Required Qualifications
