Job Summary
Territory Manager in OK handling critical care hospital accounts (ICU/OR/ER) to drive new business and competitive conversions. Develop and execute a strategic territory plan, build and manage a pipeline for patient monitoring and life-support solutions, deliver tailored product demonstrations and evaluations, collaborate with Corporate Accounts, Clinical, Marketing, and Service teams, coordinate installations and post-sale support, and maintain long-term relationships with hospital stakeholders. Expect 50–75% travel, including overnight trips, and ability to transport and demonstrate equipment (up to 30 lbs).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Proven success in capital equipment or medical device sales
- Strong prospecting, cold-calling, and presentation skills
- Engagement with clinical and administrative stakeholders
- Strategic mindset to assess competitive landscapes and position solutions
- High energy, organized, professional presence
- Proficiency with PowerPoint and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce)
- Willingness to travel 50–75%, including overnight travel
- Ability to transport and demonstrate equipment (up to 30 lbs)
