Job Summary
Critical Care RN/RT - ECMO position in Irving, TX requiring a Bachelor's degree and ECMO-specific training. Responsibilities include contributing to treatment plans, collaboration with ECMO physicians and healthcare team to interpret and adjust ECMO patient care plans, and education components. Requires active Texas RN license or equivalent RRT/CCP with NBRC/ACLS/BLS, minimum 2 years of critical care experience; sign-on bonus up to $15,000 and relocation up to $4,000. Flexible day/night hours on a 12x3 schedule in a Magnet-designated, Level I Trauma Center hospital with strong accolades; outpatient/ward responsibilities centered on ECMO patient management and multidisciplinary communication.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- ECMO training program or formal education in Extra Corporeal Circulation
- Registered Nursing License issued by the State of Texas
- Or RRT-Registered Respiratory Therapist License and Current NBRC
- Or CCP – Certified Perfusion License
- BLS
- ACLS
- Minimum of 2 years of critical care experience
