Job Summary
UPMC Hamot in Erie, PA seeks a full-time Intensivist to join its hospital-based adult critical care practice. The role supports a 64-bed critical care tower with advanced technology, including point of care ultrasound, videolaryngoscopy, bedside bronchoscopy, prone positioning, and ECMO transfer capability. Opportunity to teach emergency medicine and neurology residents within a Beacon ICU environment. Comprehensive Cardiac Center and Stroke Center with broad coverage across Medical, Cardiovascular, Trauma, Surgical, and Neuro ICUs. Required Qualifications
- MD/DO from an accredited medical school
- Accredited Internal Medicine or Emergency Medicine Residency Program completion
- Accredited Critical Care Fellowship Program completion
- Open to recent fellowship-trained physicians
- American Board Eligible or American Board Certified in Critical Care Medicine
- Ability to obtain an unrestricted Pennsylvania Medical License and ability to obtain necessary credentials
- DEA certification
