Job Summary
UPMC Hamot in Erie, PA seeks a full-time Intensivist to join a hospital-based adult critical care practice. The role supports ICU coverage across Medical, Cardiovascular, Trauma, Surgical, and Neuro ICUs with advanced technology and team-based care. Opportunities include teaching residents, utilization of point-of-care ultrasound, videolaryngoscopy, bronchoscopy, prone positioning, and potential ECMO transfer. Required Qualifications
- MD/DO from an accredited medical school
- Accredited Internal Medicine or Emergency Medicine Residency Program completion
- Accredited Critical Care Fellowship Program completion
- Open to recent fellowship-trained physicians
- American Board Eligible or American Board Certified in Critical Care Medicine
- Ability to obtain an unrestricted Pennsylvania Medical License and ability to obtain necessary credentials
- DEA certification
