UPMC Hamot in Erie, PA seeks a full-time Intensivist to join a hospital-based adult critical care practice. The role involves delivering team-based, high-acuity care across Medical, Cardiovascular, Trauma, Surgical, and Neuro ICU beds in a 64-bed critical care tower. The position offers opportunities to use point of care ultrasound, videolaryngoscopy, bedside bronchoscopy, prone positioning, and the capability to initiate ECMO with transfer to a quaternary center. Teaching emergency medicine and neurology residents is available. The facility features advanced radiology, a comprehensive Cardiac Center and Stroke Center, and robust incentives including sign-on, CME stipend, relocation assistance, PSLF eligibility, and malpractice coverage.
