Job Summary
Experienced Critical Care Physician Assistant sought to join ICC Healthcare at Portsmouth Regional Hospital in Portsmouth, NH. The role requires acute care certified or experienced PA with ICU experience (12+ months preferred). Provide routine critical care procedures including central and arterial line placement, intubations, dialysis catheter access, and management of mechanical ventilation. Work full time with 12-hour shifts (days and nights) across a 30-bed Medical Surgical ICU with CTS and ECMO program. Teaching facility with GME program; daytime coverage includes 1 MD + 1 APP and 1 swing shift APP, nighttime coverage includes 2 APPs with MD on-call for backup. W2 employed, salaried position with competitive benefits and malpractice coverage. Location: Portsmouth Regional Hospital, Portsmouth, NH.
Required Qualifications
- Acute care certified or experienced PA
- At least 12 months of ICU experience preferred
- Proficient with and credentialed to perform routine Critical Care procedures including central and arterial line placement, intubations, dialysis catheter access, and management of mechanical ventilation
