Job Summary
ER RN-PRN to provide direct and indirect patient care in the Emergency Department and Critical Care Access settings, cross-trained for both ER and Inpatient roles, with day or night shifts as needed; responsibilities include triage, stabilization, escalation of care, interpreting hemodynamics and ECGs, performing waived testing, patient/family education, nursing documentation, and collaboration with ED physicians; requires graduation from an accredited nursing program, 2+ years ER experience, active nursing license, BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications, and EMR proficiency; 12-hour PRN shifts with weekends/holidays; offers comprehensive health/dental/vision, 401(k), PTO, and leadership development opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- 2+ years of ER RN experience.
- Current nursing license and certifications – BLS, ACLS & PALS.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
