Critical Care Nurse

Coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered critical care in collaboration with medical providers and the care team. Perform procedures and monitoring as ordered, documenting all care administration timely in the patient medical record. Teach patients, families, and caregivers about medical conditions, treatment plans, medications, side effects, and lifestyle changes to support self-management. Manage evidence-based practices and continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance quality measures and departmental performance. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to customize and deliver holistic treatment plans that promote patient recovery. Requires Advanced Cardiac Life Support and Basic Cardiac Life Support within 30 days of employment, with one year of RN experience and ICU/Critical Care experience highly preferred.
