Job Summary
Clinical application knowledge expert responsible for providing Philips Hospital Patient Monitoring solutions as a clinical resource throughout implementation and go-live. Facilitate solutions design, optimization, configuration, and delivery of HPM products; build strong internal and customer partnerships; assess workflows, plan education, tailor configurations, and drive adoption of complex monitoring solutions. Travel approximately 90% across the district is required, with potential overnight stays and occasional national travel. Requires RN (BSN or equivalent licensure) with ICU/CCU/ER/OR/NICU/PICU experience; Philips IntelliVue knowledge preferred; strong communication and education delivery skills; ability to work across office, remote, and hospital settings and to support multi-phase implementations and go-lives.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of RN experience in a hospital environment
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing or equivalent licensure (RN)
- Willingness to travel 90% across the district with occasional national travel
- Knowledge of ICU/CCU/ER/OR/NICU/PICU settings or similar critical care environments
- Experience with clinical education or adult training delivery
- Knowledge of Philips IntelliVue monitoring equipment and applications preferred
- CTT+ and/or VCTT+ preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a field/office hybrid environment as needed
Desired Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a hospital environment
- Experience in ICU/CCU/ER/OR/NICU/PICU settings
- Knowledge of Philips IntelliVue monitoring equipment and applications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing or equivalent licensure to practice nursing (RN)
- Certified Technical Trainer Plus (CTT+) and/or Virtual Certified Technical Trainer Plus (VCTT+) preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Willingness to travel 90% across the district (and occasional national travel)
- Ability to work in office/home office remote setting as needed
- Experience delivering adult education and training in clinical settings
