Job Summary
Critical Care Nurse - Clinical Solution Specialist (Travel: Pacific Northwest) provides clinical customer support as the clinical application knowledge expert for Philips Hospital Patient Monitoring. Responsibilities include facilitating solutions design, optimization, configuration, and delivery of HPM products; serving as a clinical resource across field service, sales, and project management during multiphase implementations and go-lives; assessing workflows, education needs, and configuring requirements; delivering education and driving adoption of complex monitoring solutions; understanding clinical implications of technical implementations and troubleshooting. Requires 4+ years RN hospital experience, BSN or equivalent licensure, and ~90% travel with a field-oriented, office/remote-enabled work arrangement. Onsite involvement is expected for office-based teams (minimum in-person presence three days per week) with travel to customer sites as part of a field role. Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse license
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent licensure to practice nursing
- Minimum 4+ years of RN experience in a hospital setting
- Clinical training and adult education delivery experience preferred
- Knowledge of ICU/CCU/ER/OR/NICU/PICU settings preferred
- Experience with Philips IntelliVue monitoring equipment is preferred
- CTT+ and/or VCTT+ preferred
- Ability to work in a hospital/healthcare environment and remote/work-from-home setup when appropriate
- Willingness to travel up to ~90% across the district with occasional overnight stays and travel by air/train/bus
