Critical Care Night Shift Pediatric PA - Make a Difference at Shriners

Night shift Pediatric Acute Care Physician Assistant at Shriners Children’s Ohio; provide inpatient pediatric and young adult care, manage fluids, antibiotics, pain and sedation control, vasopressor medications, and basic stabilization of patients in shock or respiratory distress. 24/7 access to a Pediatric Intensivist as backup, plus a Trauma/Critical Care Burn Surgeon. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to deliver preventive, acute, specialized, and primary care services. Average nightly patient load 2-5 with average overnight admissions of 1.5. Competitive pay with potential 4% annual raise based on performance.
