Job Summary
Critical Care Float Pool RN for travel assignment at OSU Wexner Medical Center. Floats to multiple units in a teaching-hospital environment; requires critical care float pool experience, telemetry, ventilator management, and Epic systems proficiency. Must hold an Ohio or compact nursing license, have ACEN/CCNE-accredited program education, BLS/ACLS/NIHSS certifications, and be able to float to units with equivalent or lower acuity. 12 months of experience with 3 months in the last year and travel experience preferred. Shift schedule includes days with every other weekend; 12-hour shifts; 13-week contract term; local and travel options with housing timeframes per OSU requirements. Other details include onboarding labs, references, and program-specific eligibility constraints.
Required Qualifications
- Ohio license or compact license
- ACEN- or CCNE-accredited program education
- IV start, telemetry, ventilator management experience
- 6 months gap between contracts at Aya Program - Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center
- Ability to float to multiple units within OSU organization
- Clearance: labs within 48 hours of signing
- BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications
Additional Requirements
