Job Summary
Conduct night shift critical care float pool duties across Medical ICU, SICU, and IMC units, managing patients with sepsis, ESRD, AKI, and post-cardiac arrest care. Maintain 1:2 or 1:1 patient ratios based on acuity while floating to multiple locations within the Baystate Health system. Hold a Massachusetts RN license, 12 months of experience with recent critical care float pool work, and current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications. Submit only if residing over 90 miles from the facility and adhering to the 7-day maximum time off policy. This 12-week travel assignment begins August 17, 2026, offering direct application to Trusted without recruiter involvement.

- 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months
- 10 months of Critical Care Float Pool experience worked in the last 3 years
- Massachusetts license
- COVID vaccination
- Live >90 miles from facility
- No current placement at Program: AMN Program - Baystate Health
- 1 Charge/Lead reference from within the last 12 months
- Proof of identification
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
- NIHSS (NIH Stroke Scale)
- Registered license type
Desired Qualifications
- 1 year in a Level 1 ICU
