Job Summary
Conduct night shift critical care float pool duties, rotating between ICU and PCU units as needed. Maintain 72 biweekly scheduled contract hours with every other weekend shifts, while managing on-call time separately. Ensure successful completion of the daily tele test, as failure may result in assignment termination. Submit to this Massachusetts-based travel role requiring 12 months of ICU experience, 24 months of float pool background, and Epic proficiency. Candidates must reside over 50 miles from the facility and maintain a six-month gap from Beth Israel Lahey Health placements.
Required Qualifications
- 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months
- 24 months of Critical Care Float Pool experience
- Experience with Epic
- ASN completion
- Massachusetts license
- 2-5 years of ICU experience
- Tele test will be administered on the first day and is pass/fail
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- Must be separated from BILH for 6+ months to be considered
- Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted
- 6 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Cross Country Program - Beth Israel Lahey Health
- 6 months gap required between for Per Diem at Program: Cross Country Program - Beth Israel Lahey Health
- 6 months gap required between for Travel at Program: Cross Country Program - Beth Israel Lahey Health
- 1 Charge/Lead reference required from within the last 12 months
- Proof of identification required
