Job Summary
Conduct critical care float pool duties, including rotations between ICU and PCU units, while maintaining 12-hour night shifts three times weekly. Manage patient care with a focus on trauma level 2 environments and Epic system utilization. Maintain Massachusetts licensure and complete required pre-employment modules, including a pass/fail tele test on the first day. Adhere to a biweekly 72-hour contract schedule with every other weekend availability and a 13-week expected assignment length.
Required Qualifications
- 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months
- 24 months of Critical Care Float Pool experience
- Experience with Epic
- ASN completion
- Massachusetts license
- 2-5 years of ICU experience
- Tele test will be administered on the first day and is pass/fail
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- Must be separated from BILH for 6+ months to be considered
- Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted
- 6 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Cross Country Program - Beth Israel Lahey Health
- 6 months gap required between for Per Diem at Program: Cross Country Program - Beth Israel Lahey Health
- 6 months gap required between for Travel at Program: Cross Country Program - Beth Israel Lahey Health
- 1 Charge/Lead reference required from within the last 12 months
- Proof of identification required
