Job Summary
Provide critical care float coverage across Medical ICU, SICU, and IMC units, managing cases including sepsis, ESRD, AKI requiring CRRT/CVVH, post-cardiac arrest care, and respiratory failure. Maintain Massachusetts licensure and complete required pre-employment modules, including BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certification. Submit only if residing over 90 miles from the facility and hold a Charge/Lead reference from the past 12 months. Work flexible 36 or 48-hour weeks with a maximum of seven days off, adhering to facility holidays. This assignment supports Baystate Health's Neuro Critical Care team for a 13-week travel contract starting August 2026.
Required Qualifications
- 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months
- 10 months of Critical Care Float Pool experience worked in the last 3 years
- Massachusetts license
- COVID vaccination
- Live >90 miles from facility
- No current placement at Program: AMN Program - Baystate Health
- 1 Charge/Lead reference required from within the last 12 months
- Proof of identification
- BLS (Basic Life Support)

Desired Qualifications
