Job Summary
Conduct critical care float pool duties with 24 months of experience, including recent ICU work. Float to all ICUs, step-down units, IMCU, and ED for holds/borders, and potentially to Women's and Family units for specific maternal conditions. Maintain Pennsylvania or compact licensure and utilize Epic within the last six months. Work night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, three shifts weekly, with a maximum of five days remote time off. Submit one recent employer reference and two manager references from the last twelve months.
Required Qualifications
- 24 months of experience
- 3 months worked in the last 12 months
- 12 months of Critical Care Float Pool experience worked in the last 18 months
- Travel experience is preferred
- Experience with Epic is required within the last 6 months
- BSN completion
- Pennsylvania license or compact license
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
- NIHSS (NIH Stroke Scale)
- TNCC (Trauma Nurse Core Course)
- 1 reference from most recent employment
- 2 Manager/Supervisor references from within the last 12 months
- Proof of identification
