Critical Care Float Pool - Travel Registered Nurse - $2330 per week.

Job Summary
Float to all ICUs, step-down units, IMCU, and ED for ICU holds/borders, with potential assignments to Women's and Family units. Maintain 24-hour advance assignment while remaining available for mid-shift pulls to any unit or hospital. Provide coverage on 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM) with a maximum of 5 days RTO per week. This 13-week contract begins September 14, 2026, with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:3. Candidates must hold a Pennsylvania license, BSN, and recent Epic experience, with no current placement at the Temple University Direct Program allowed.
Required Qualifications
- 24 months of experience
- 3 months worked in the last 12 months
- 12 months of Critical Care Float Pool experience worked in the last 18 months
- Experience with Epic within the last 6 months
- BSN completion
- Pennsylvania license or compact license
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
- NIHSS (NIH Stroke Scale)
- TNCC (Trauma Nurse Core Course)
- 1 reference from most recent employment
- 2 Manager/Supervisor references from within the last 12 months
- Proof of identification
- Available for floating to additional units and locations
- Available for local & travel
- Available for days surrounding holidays
- Available for 1-2 holidays during contract
- Available for mid-shift pulls to float to any unit or hospital
- Available for 5 days maximum time off
