Critical Care Float Pool - Travel Registered Nurse - $2270 per week.

Job Summary
Float to Neuro ICU, Cardiothoracic, Burn, Trauma, and general care units as needed, managing adult and geriatric populations with 12-hour night shifts. Maintain 12 months of critical care experience, including recent ICU work, and demonstrate proficiency with Epic and CRRT-Nextstage systems. Complete labs within 48 hours of signing and provide a charge reference from the last 12 months. This 13-week travel assignment includes every-other-weekend rotation, some holidays, and a maximum of 14 days off. Candidates must hold a Wisconsin license, live over 50 miles from the facility, and have no current placement with Vaya Workforce Solutions.
Required Qualifications
- 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months
- 60 months of Critical Care Float Pool experience worked in the last 3 years
- Travel experience
- Experience with Epic
- Trauma Level 1 experience
- Wisconsin license or compact license
- Ability to float to multiple units
- Live >50 miles from facility
- 12 months gap between for Staff at Program: Vaya Workforce Solutions - University of Wisconsin Health
- No current placement at Program: Vaya Workforce Solutions - University of Wisconsin Health
- Ability to complete labs within 48 hours of signing
- Experience with multiple ICU units, including Neuro ICU, Cardiothoracic, Burn ICU, Trauma Surgery, and IMC/Progressive/General care populations
- Basic arrhythmia experience
- CRRT-Nextstage experience
- Previous Charge Experience
- Teaching hospital experience
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
- NIHSS (NIH Stroke Scale)
- TNCC (Trauma Nurse Core Course)
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- Adult and geriatric patient population
- Critical care float pool caring for ICU patients, with IMC/Progressive/General care populations as needed
- Every other weekend rotation and some holidays
- Will float to Neuro ICU, CV/CT ICU, Burn, Trauma, MSICU, and IMC/Progressive units as needed
- 14 days maximum time off
- Charge/Lead reference required from within the last 12 months
- Proof of identification
