Job Summary
Float to Neuro ICU, Cardiothoracic, Burn, Trauma, MSICU, and IMC/Progressive units as needed, managing adult and geriatric critical care populations. Provide basic arrhythmia care and operate CRRT-Nextstage systems. Complete required labs within 48 hours of signing. Maintain a Wisconsin license and hold ACLS, TNCC, BLS, and NIHSS certifications. Work night shifts in an every-other-weekend rotation with some holidays, adhering to a 12-month experience requirement including 60 months of critical care float pool time in the last three years. This assignment offers 13 weeks of travel nursing work with a $2270 weekly rate.
Required Qualifications
- 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months
- 60 months of Critical Care Float Pool experience worked in the last 3 years
- Travel experience
- Experience with Epic
- Trauma Level 1 experience
- Wisconsin license or compact license
- Experience with multiple ICU units, including Neuro ICU, Cardiothoracic, Burn ICU, Trauma Surgery, and IMC/Progressive/General care populations
- Basic arrhythmia experience
- CRRT-Nextstage experience
- Previous Charge Experience
- Teaching hospital experience
- You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing
- Every other weekend rotation and some holidays
- 14 days maximum time off
- 1 Charge/Lead reference required from within the last 12 months
- Proof of identification required
