Job Summary
Conduct night critical care float pool coverage in a 12-hour shift every other weekend and holiday. Maintain 24 months of nursing experience with 12 months in critical care float pool and 3 months of travel experience. Hold an Iowa or compact license, BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, and TNCC certifications. Provide 14 days maximum time off. Submit only if living more than 60 miles from the facility and not currently employed per-diem. Complete pre-employment modules and upload certifications to expedite onboarding.

- 12 months of Critical Care Float Pool experience
- 3 months of travel experience
- Iowa license or compact license
- Travel only, local not allowed
- Live >60 miles from facility
- COVID vaccination

- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
- NIHSS (NIH Stroke Scale)
- TNCC (Trauma Nurse Core Course)
- 1 Charge/Lead reference from within the last 2 years
