Job Summary
Conduct night shift coverage (3x12s, every other weekend) in the ICU float pool, managing acute cardiology, heart failure, and post-operative cardiovascular patients. Operate invasive lines, hemodynamic support, ECMO, and ventricular assist devices while floating across MICU, SICU, and CVICU units. Maintain ACLS and BLS certifications and submit Ohio or compact license verification. Submit 2 charge/lead references from the last two years and complete required pre-employment modules.
Required Qualifications
- 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months
- 10 months of Critical Care Float Pool experience
- Experience with Epic
- Diploma completion
- Ohio license or compact license
- ICU float pool (MICU/SICU/CVICU)
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- Charge/Lead references
- Proof of identification
