Job Summary
Float to all ICUs, step-down units, IMCU, and ED for ICU holds/borders, with potential assignments to Women's and Family units if needed. Maintain 24-month critical care experience, including 12 months in the last 18 months, and possess a Pennsylvania license or compact license. Operate within a 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM shift, working three 12-hour shifts per week for a 13-week contract starting September 2026. You must have recent Epic experience, BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, and TNCC certifications, and provide two manager references from the last 12 months.
Required Qualifications
- 24 months of experience
- 3 months worked in the last 12 months
- 12 months of Critical Care Float Pool experience worked in the last 18 months
- Travel experience is preferred
- Experience with Epic is required within the last 6 months
- BSN completion required
- Pennsylvania license or compact license
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
- NIHSS (NIH Stroke Scale)
- TNCC (Trauma Nurse Core Course)
- 7 days maximum time off
- 2 Manager/Supervisor references required from within the last 12 months
- Proof of identification required
