Job Summary
Float to all ICUs, step-down units, IMCU, and ED for ICU holds/borders, and may float to Women's and Family units for ICU-only assignments. Provide critical care support with a 12-hour shift from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM, working three shifts per week for 13 weeks. Maintain 24-month critical care experience, including 12 months in the last 18 months, and demonstrate proficiency with Epic and BLS/ACLS certifications. Submit one recent employment reference and two manager references from the last 12 months, along with proof of identification and a Pennsylvania license.
Required Qualifications
- 24 months of experience
- 3 months worked in the last 12 months
- 12 months of Critical Care Float Pool experience worked in the last 18 months
- Travel experience is preferred
- Experience with Epic
- BSN completion
- Pennsylvania license or compact license
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
- NIHSS (NIH Stroke Scale)
- TNCC (Trauma Nurse Core Course)
- 1 reference from most recent employment
- 2 Manager/Supervisor references from within the last 12 months
- Proof of identification
